Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Virginia Beach, VA)

Lumen Keystone Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
