Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Virginia Beach, VA)

Amberfield Iron Financial Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
