Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Ashton Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
