Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
