Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
