Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Meridian Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Tulsa with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
