Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Meridian Health runs clinics and patient services around Tulsa, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
