Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Stone Environmental Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
