Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Quarry Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Tulsa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
