Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tulsa, OK)

Bright West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Tulsa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
