Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Juniper Care Services supports families and individuals in Tulsa with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
