Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Rowan Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Tulsa serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 223 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
