Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pike Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
