Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Granite Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Tucson. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
