Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Toledo, OH)

Silverline Wren Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Toledo region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
