Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Field Construction Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
