Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Toledo, OH)

Northwind West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
