Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Yarrow Civic Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
