Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Toledo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
