Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Toledo, OH)

Bright Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Toledo focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
