Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Analytics is a regional lender in Tampa with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
