Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tampa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
