Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tampa, FL)

Bright Ridge Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tampa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
