Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Juniper Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
