Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Tampa serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
