Westbrook Meridian Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
