Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meridian Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
