Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (St. Louis, MO)

Summit Kestrel Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around St. Louis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
