Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Loom Insurance is an insurance company in St. Louis with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
