Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Summit Construction Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
