Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Orchard Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
