Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Quill Care Services supports families and individuals in St. Louis with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
