Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Haven Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
