Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Harbor Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
