Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Fox Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Spokane, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
