Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Spokane, WA)

Bright Iron Medical is a Spokane company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
