Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Spokane area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We invest in training. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
