Westbrook Maple Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
