Ironwood Oak Health Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
