Lumen Ridge Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
