Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Savannah with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
