Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
