What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
