Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Orchard Transit Planning helps transport agencies around San Jose design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
