Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
