Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Linden Banking Services Group is a regional lender in San Jose with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
