Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Jose, CA)

Harborlight Quill Health runs clinics and patient services around San Jose, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
