Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Hollow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the San Jose region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
