Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Union Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
