Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
